Adult participant

Thank you so much for offering these classes. I've found them motivating, informative,  good for me, and fun- stretching, groaning, working a bit of heart- pumping action and dancing with a great little group of folks. You are an excellent teacher with just the right amount of attentiveness  to our needs for prompting, prodding and encouraging us with directives for when  to breathe, where to feel, how much to push, and why it helps. (physiological explanations) . I've adopted one of your  coachy phrases that I've found surprisingly simple and helpful in pretty much any situation; "Where can I soften?"

College Student

“I thought I was going to be learning about dance but I feel like I have learned so much more about myself and about life”.
